Spending a Saturday with Embiria at barre3 Toronto

I have to start by saying that I am so glad Embiria has arrived to provide awesome experiences in Toronto! Saturday’s SWEAT experience at barre3 was really great, and I’m already looking forward to seeing what experiences Embiria has planned for this summer.

If you’re sad, you don’t need to be told that what’s making you sad isn’t worth being sad about. You are allowed to be sad and then cry because you’re sad.
